Refund Policy

We stand behind every candle we make. If there's a problem, you get a refund.

A full refund, no questions
If it arrives damaged, if it's the wrong thing, or if something went wrong at our end. Tell us within 7 days and we'll take care of it.

If you're returning it because you changed your mind
Send it back unused within 7 days. Return postage is $7.50 and there's a 25% restocking fee. Once it's back with us the refund goes out within 3 to 5 business days.

We'd rather explain that fee than surprise you with it. A candle that's been to your house can't go back on the shelf, so returns go to donation rather than back into stock. The fee covers the candle, not your change of heart.

Final sale, unless something is wrong with it, since the label is printed for you and nobody else.
