Candle itself smelled great but, SO dissapointed in the customer service! I wanted to give this item to a friend as a gift and when I made a mistake in the personalization process, I reached out and believed it would be taken care of. The item sent to me was incorrect and I was denied a refund or a replacement. I would do buisness elseware.
